Creating a List of Favorite Data Sources

Before leaving the Data tab of the Database Expert dialog box, you have the choice of saving the data source in your list of favorites. Just like your browser has a list of your favorite websites, Crystal Reports lets you keep a list of favorite data sources. If this is going to be a data source that you will refer to frequently, right-click on it and select the menu option Add To Favorites. This adds all the connection details of the data source to the Favorites folder so that you can quickly find it the next time you need to print from it again.
